Obituary of Frederick J. Case

Batavia - Frederick J. Case, 77, of Batavia, a machinist prior to retirement at O-AT-KA Milk Products in Batavia, died Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at New York State Veteran's Home, in Batavia. Mr. Case was born June 3, 1939 in Batavia, a son of the late Norman and Enid (Kendall) Case. He served as a military police officer with the Army during the Vietnam Conflict. He is survived by his wife, Rose Mary (Greuschow) Case, whom he married April 7, 1969; a daughter, Michelle Case of Batavia; a granddaughter, Melzie Case of Batavia; 5 siblings, Norma Case Greiner, Judy Case Hartman (the late Doug), Dean Case, Robert (Sandra) Case, Scott (Mary) Case and a sister-in-law, Gail Kornowski Case (the late Ronald D. Case); many nieces and nephews. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to New York State Veterans Home, 220 Richmond Ave, Batavia, NY 14020. Burial will be in Batavia Cemetery.
